THROWBACK THURSDAY!

Every thursday we will bring you a throwback from a female artist and a male artist from a particular year.

This thursday we are taking a trip back to 2001.

The female artist we chose is Janet Jackson. Miss Janet being known as one of the best female entertainers and dancer we couldn't help but pick an uptempo fun song from her many hits.

"All for you"was released in February 2001 and spent 7weeks at the top of the charts.

For the male throwback jam we chose Ja Rule's 2001 hit with Ashanti"Always on time".

Even though Ja Rule's carreer might not be anywhere near resurrection right now, the song spent back then 2 weeks on #1, went platinum and was named one of the top 40 most succesful R&B songs of the decade.
